An agricultural composite fertilizer is provided to have easy handling property and long-term storage stability, promote the absorption of micro elements upon foliar application, and be produced in a simple manner and at low cost. An agricultural composite fertilizer in a water-soluble agent form comprises 50-99wt% of macro elements such as potassium, calcium, magnesium, nitrogen, and phosphoric acid, micro elements such as silicon, iron, boron, manganese, zinc, copper, molybdenum, and cobalt, and optionally at least one component selected from saccharides, amino acids such as lysine, organic acids such as glutamic acid, seaweed extracts, and vitamins, and 1-50wt% of tourmaline as an absorption promoter of the above-mentioned components into a plant. Further, the tourmaline is in a form of 200 to 2000 mesh.
