An all-optical frequency mixing system for an RoF(Radio-over-Fiber) system using an SOA-MZI(Semiconductor Optical Amplifier Mach-Zehnder Interferometer) is provided to enable signals of plural channels to share a frequency mixer and an LO signal source necessary for frequency mixing, thereby decreasing the number of components of an entire system and lowering complexity of the system. Into a port 1, RoF signals having data signals of WDM(Wavelength Division Multiplexed) radio frequency bands are inputted. Into a port 3, interference waves generated by an LO(Local Oscillation) signal source having a frequency of LO are inputted. To a port 2, signals of which frequencies are down-converted into an fRF,n-fLO or fRF,n-2fLO band as having the same wavelength as a channel inputted into the port 1 are outputted.
