A connection method for an I-beam segment equipped with prestressed steel-combined concrete upper flange for a continuous bridge includes the steps of: processing the I-beam segment to manufacture a main moment unit I-beam segment(10a) with prestressed steel-combined concrete upper flange; processing the I-beam segment to manufacture a sub moment unit I-beam segment(10b) with prestressed steel-combined concrete upper flange; and connecting the main moment unit I-beam segment with the sub moment unit I-beam segment.
