A method for synthesizing nano-size leadless piezoceramic powder by a mechanochemical process is provided to omit a calcination process, to lower a sintering temperature, and to improve characteristics of leadless piezoceramics. A method for synthesizing nano-size leadless piezoceramic powder having a composition of (K_xNa_(1-x))NbO_3(wherein, x=0-1) by a mechanochemical process includes the steps of: setting a ratio of milling balls and raw material powder, a milling time, a milling container, a material of the milling balls, etc; putting the milling balls and raw material powder into the preset milling container according to the preset ratio; and synthesizing the nano-size leadless piezoceramic powder at ambient temperature by a mechanochemical process for the preset milling time using a vibratory/shaker mill. The vibratory/shaker mill operates at a rate of 900-1200 rpm.
