A moment connection structure combining a superstructure with a substructure in a Rahmen bridge and a method of constructing the Rahmen bridge using the same are provided to distribute load between girders effectively by causing the girders to behave integrally through a rotation preventing horizontal steel pipe. A method of constructing a Rahmen bridge using a moment connection structure combining a superstructure with a substructure in the Rahmen bridge includes the steps of: burying a vertical H beam(43) under an abutment or a pier(40) partially, and forming a rotation preventing horizontal steel pipe hole and an axial reinforcing bar hole on the top part of the vertical H beam which are exposed out of a construction surface(41); installing a support H beam(23) in a girder direction on the construction surface, and passing an axial reinforcing bar through an axial reinforcing bar hole of the support H beam and the axial reinforcing bar hole of the vertical H beam; installing a girder(21) having upper and lower support holes on the support H beam; inserting one rotation preventing horizontal steel pipes(25) into the upper support holes of the girder, and inserting the other rotation preventing horizontal steel pipe into lower support holes of the girder and the rotation preventing horizontal steel pipe hole; filling the rotation preventing horizontal steel pipe with concrete; and arranging reinforcing bars on the construction surface, and pouring concrete.
