A system and a method for authoring augmented reality contents supporting user interaction based on a marker are provided to insert a marker, contents, a sensor, an action to a generated reality contents page and author the augmented reality contents through making a scenario for connecting the relation of the inserted marker, contents, sensor, and action, thereby making the augmented reality contents easily and reducing time and cost required to produce the augmented reality contents. A method for authoring augmented reality contents supporting user interaction based on a marker comprises the following steps of: executing an augmented reality contents authoring tool of authoring teaching materials(S700); generating a project for authoring the teaching materials and generating a reality contents page for performing the generated project(S710,S720); inserting at least one of a marker, contents, a sensor, an action to the generated reality contents page(S730~S820); making a scenario for connecting the relation of the inserted marker, contents, sensor, and action(S860); and storing the project if the scenario is completely made(S870,S880).
