Antioxidative compounds isolated from a culture broth of fungi Phellinus sp. or Inonotus sp., are provided to show superoxide radical scavenging effect, ABTS radical scavenging effect and DPPH radical scavenging effect, thereby being used in order to prevent and treat various diseases and being used as a medicine, a cosmetic material, a functional food or a food additive for inhibiting skin aging. An antioxidative composition comprises at least one compound selected from the group consisting of phellinin A represented by a formula(1), phellinin B1 represented by a formula(2a), phellinin B2 represented by a formula(2b) and phellinin C represented by a formula(3), wherein the compound is isolated from a culture broth of fungi Phellinus sp. or Inonotus sp.
