A system and a method for depositing/settling indirect investment asset are provided to promote quickness/efficiency of business related to the indirect investment asset by transmitting and automatically processing data in real-time, as servers of each institution performing the business are integrally connected in a CCF(Computer to Computer Facilities) mode. A management company(210) orders a trading order to a brokerage company(220) to manage the formed indirect investment asset and transfers a management order for the trading information to a depositing institution. The brokerage company executes the trading order according to the trading order of the management company and transmits trading information to the depositing institution. A trustee company(230) receives custody of the indirect investment asset from the management company, and processes settlement approval for security and price according to the management order for obtaining or selling the asset of the management company. A payment settlement institution(250) settles the price through account transfer simultaneously with the settlement of the trustee company.
