A unified management method of water resources based on a USN(Ubiquitous Sensor Network) is provided to enable a user to quickly cope with a disaster by automatically alarming an abnormal state to the user. A unified management system includes a central management center, a monitoring terminal(500), and a geographic information system(400). The central management center includes a database server(320) and a management server(310). Water resource information is measured by the USN and a detected signal is transmitted to the management server of the central management center. The transmitted signal is sent for the water resource information to be calculated in real-time. A measuring position of the water resource information is added to the GIS(Geographic Information System) and the water resource information is matched with the position. The water resource information and the position are stored on the database server.
