An IPv6 protocol-based multicast communication method in an Ad-hoc network is provided to have no need of a control node functioning as a zigbee network and a zigbee coordinate, transmit data in each node independently, and prevent a waste of unnecessary resources such as power consumption by significantly reducing a packet load on the each node. A transmission mode generates and stores an instinct multicast address based on IPv6(Internet Protocol version6)(s11). The transmission mode determines a sync time between multicast nodes(s12). A group participation request message including a multicast address is transmitted to other neighboring nodes which a user want to group(s13). The transmission mode transmits a data packet if a group participation intention is received(s14). The participation closes the multicast data transmission and releases a multicast group when the sync is completed(s15).
