A freeze-burst preventing device of a fire hydrant in a tunnel using a heat pump system is provided to prevent a fire hydrant pipe and a pipe connected to an indoor fire hydrant by being branched from the fire hydrant pipe from bursting by freeze in winter. A freeze-burst preventing device of a fire hydrant in a tunnel using a heat pump system includes: a main pipe(M) arranged on a utility-pipe conduit(11) formed on both sides of the tunnel; plural sub-pipes(S) branched from the main pipe and connected to an indoor fire hydrant(12) installed on the wall in the tunnel; a connection pipe(13), the circulation pipes(L1,L2,L3,L4,L5,L6,L7,L8), a hot water supply pipe(14), a hot water return pipe(15), a fire-fighting pump(20), and a hot water processing part(30) forming a closed loop by being sequentially installed on one end of the main pipe for circulating hot water; and a supply header(H1) and a return header(H2).
