Polymer-metal composite particles, a polymer-metal nanocomposite having an excellent dispersed state of metal component by molding the polymer-metal composite particles, and manufacturing methods thereof are provided, wherein the polymer-metal composite particles are obtained by subjecting a metal component having weak chemical affinity with polymer to plasma treatment and bonding the plasma treated metal component onto surfaces of polymer particles, thereby modifying the surfaces of polymer particles with a high functional metal component. In a method for manufacturing polymer-metal composite particles(10) by coating a metal component(12) on surfaces of polymer particles(11), the method comprises: performing a polymerization process of a mixture of an initiator, deionized water, a monomer, and a cross-linking agent to synthesize polymer particles formed in a fine powder shape; subjecting a metal component to plasma treatment through plasma discharge to produce metal plasma particles; and colliding the produced metal plasma particles with surfaces of the fine powder-shaped polymer particles, thereby depositing the metal plasma particles onto the surfaces of the fine powder-shaped polymer particles to form polymer-metal composite particles having a core-shell structure in which the metal component is deposited onto the surfaces of the polymer particles, wherein the cross-linking agent is added to the mixture in an amount of 4 to 10% of the monomer weight. A preparation method of a polymer-metal nanocomposite(30) comprises molding the polymer-metal composite particles, prepared by the method for manufacturing polymer-metal composite particles, as a raw material to prepare a polymer-metal nanocomposite in which the metal component is distributed in a polymer matrix.
