A structure of predictive hybrid redundancy using an exponential smoothing method is provided to secure fault control performance better than that of an average voter or a median voter used for the existing TMR(Triple Module Redundancy) by estimating a threshold through the exponential smoothing method. A structure of predictive hybrid redundancy(40) using an exponential smoothing method is composed of: a threshold predicting unit(31) for estimating a threshold for fault detection by using the exponential smoothing method; a fault detection unit(32) judging whether an input signal is reliable or not on the basis of the threshold calculated in the threshold predicting unit; an exception processing unit(33) generating an output value according to the increase and decrease tendency of the input value if the fault detection unit determines that all input values are unreliable; a reconstruction unit(34) controlling a switch determining the passing of the input value, according to the fault detection result of the fault detection unit; and an output computation unit(35) determining the final output value by correcting the value passed through the reconstruction unit.
