A system for calculating LNG volume of an LNG cargo tank in laden voyage of an LNG carrier is provided to reduce waste of boil-off gas by allowing increase of vapor pressure and LNG temperature inside the LNG cargo tank during LNG transportation. A system for calculating LNG volume of an LNG cargo tank in laden voyage of an LNG carrier comprises the steps of: measuring an LNG level, temperature and pressure of the LNG cargo tank, and trim/list of an LNG carrier; and calculating LNG volume inside the LNG cargo tank by processing and calculating above mentioned measurement data.
