A card terminal equipped with a complex message processing function and a computer-readable recording medium storing a program thereof are provided to prevent a card user from visiting an automated banking machine to withdraw cash by simultaneously processing electronic payment and a cash, transfer, and withdrawal service. An information processor(155) provides card information read through a card reader, the first information for requesting a payment approval inputted through a key input part, and the second information for requesting cash withdrawal to a complex message generator(170). The complex message generator generates the complex message including a payment approval request message and a cash withdrawal request message by using the received information. A transmitter(160) transmits the complex message to a server(100) through a communication processor(130). A receiver(165) receives a complex approval message in response to the complex approval request message from the server. A complex approval message processor(175) outputs and/or stores the received complex approval message to a memory(150).
