An unmanned remote-controlled satellite communication system for emergency communication is provided to implement a separable shelter with a satellite communication module so that it can be committed to the spot of a disaster at an early stage. An unmanned remote-controlled satellite communication system for emergency communication consists of a satellite communication module control system(100) and a shelter(200). The satellite communication module control system(100), installed at a chassis fixed to a vehicle, controls initial power using a terrestrial radio communication unit, and enables wireless Internet access and two-way video conferences at an isolated disaster area. The satellite communication module control system(100) comprises a radio relay module(110), a camera access module(120), a wireless LAN access module(130), a telephone/fax access module(140), a video conference access module(150), a control module(160), and a tool control module(170). The radio relay module(110) executes radio communication with a vehicle, which separates the shelter(200) from the chassis and carries it, and the shelter(200). The camera access module(120) is for a connection with an external camera. The wireless LAN access module(130) executes communication with the shelter(200) or other external wireless LAN equipments through a wireless LAN. The telephone/fax access module(140), connected with a telephone and a facsimile, relays telephone/fax data through the shelter(200). The video conference access module(150) executes a video conference with a central control system, located in a remote place, through the shelter(200). The control module(160), controlling the overall operations of the satellite communication module control system(100), controls the data communication of the other modules. The tool control module(170), interfaced with the control module(160), controls tools to separate and combine the shelter(200).
