If for educating consumers' apple of education, it determine whether education tuition fee is transmitted to education provider (S15) from educating consumers. If so, being sent to educating consumers (S16) from the education content that education provider provides. It determine whether a kind of education composite signal is received from educating consumers and education provider (S17). If so, tuition fee is exchanged and is converged to service provider (S18).
