A 6-sigma-lite is provided to reduce unnecessary additional working time of users, and support correct tool usage, data reuse, and honesty in working activity efficiently by forming a simple 6-sigma activity roadmap. A user understands a target project and a working sequence by providing tools suitable for each phase and step. Data are automatically linked among the tools, and the important data are automatically linked and reused in the next step. The user makes a theory and a manual easily by providing help and wizard functions. Each user receives cases for a Scamper technique from a database, and adds and manages the cases by the database. A result made by the user is supported by using a graphic analysis function and a report function. The result is output in a Power-point document and is automatically updated by using automatic upgrade.
