A microfluidic device based on the centrifugal force is provided to allow the cultivation of cells and the test based on cells to be carried out automatically by controlling the flow of various samples respectively. A microfluidic device(100) based on the centrifugal force comprises a rotatable disk type platform(10); a plurality of sample chambers(21-29) arranged on the platform; a cultivation chamber(50) which is arranged on the platform farther from the center of rotation compared with the sample chambers, is connected with the sample chambers by an exit valve(31-39) and a sample channel, and is provided with an exit(54) arranged at the outermost part to the radius direction and a supernatant discharge hole(52) arranged nearer to the center of rotation compared with exit; and a waste chamber(60) which is arranged on the platform farther from the center of rotation compared with the cultivation chamber and is connected with the exit of the cultivation chamber by an exit channel and the supernatant discharge hole by a supernatant channel.
