A destroyable pattern casting method of a valve gear box drive joining bush is provided to manufacture and process a valve gear box drive joining bush with sufficient mechanical properties and quality accuracy and uniformity at fewer manpower and low manufacturing costs through a simple process, and a drive joining bush structure using the destroyable pattern casting method is provided. A destroyable pattern casting method of a valve gear box drive joining bush comprises: a destroyable pattern fabricating step of molding a destroyable pattern with the same shape as the drive joining bush using destroyable materials such as styrofoam and the like; a destroyable pattern reclamation step of injecting the molded destroyable pattern into a sealed vacuum molding frame with a predetermined size, injecting a predetermined amount of dry molding sand into the vacuum molding frame while applying vibration to the vacuum molding frame, and decompressing the vacuum molding frame to solidly reclaim the destroyable pattern into the molding sand; a destroyable pattern casting step of pouring molten metal into a molten metal injection port of the molding frame, thereby filling the molten metal in a place of the destroyable pattern while vaporizing and destroying the destroyable pattern reclaimed in the molding sand to mold a cast with the same shape as the destroyable pattern; and a surface post-treatment step of extracting the cast from the molding sand and removing molding sand, unnecessary gate, etc. on a surface of the cast through a post-treatment.
