A combined process apparatus for recycling sewage sludge into resources is provided to prevent the environmental pollution due to odor generated during the fermentation of the sewage sludge by mixing sewage sludge with subsidiary materials, passing a mixture through a fermenter, and curing the fermented mixture in a curing tank. In a combined process apparatus for recycling sewage sludge into resources, comprising an agitator(10) for mixing sewage sludge with subsidiary materials, a fermenter(20) for fermenting the mixture, and a dryer(40) and a molding machine(50) for drying and molding a fermented by-product, the combined process apparatus is characterized in that the cured by-product passes through the dryer and the molding machine after injecting the fermented by-product into a curing tank(100) to cure the fermented by-product. The combined process apparatus further comprises an agitator fixing frame(160) on which an endless track type agitator(150) is mounted about a central shaft(140) in the center of the curing tank and which is guided to rails of a surrounding wall(110) of the curing tank such that the agitator fixing frame is rotatably installed on the rails. The combined process apparatus further comprises a round roof(200) extending from the surrounding wall of the curing tank to seal an agitation part(120) and a space part(130) of the curing tank.
