An organism culture medium is provided to prevent propagation of bacteria and be easy to wash a body accordingly because foreign materials are not accumulated on the circumference of an air outlet, maintain the sealing of the air outlet without a rubber packing, show increased oxygen transmission capability due to a perforated plate having fine holes and use the perforated plate without corrosion and wear. An organism culture medium comprises: an outlet stopper(30) closely adhered and connected to the inner diameter of an air outlet(12); a stopper fixing means equipped at the circumference of the air outlet to fix and separate the outlet stopper and including a clamp(40) consisting of a fixing part(41), a closing part(42), an attaching and detaching part(43) and a pressing part(44); an inlet stopper(20) inside of which a circular protrusion(21) having a landing portion(21a) is formed; and an air diffusion means which is landed at the landing portion, diffuses air supplied to an air inlet portion(11) into a body(10) inside and consists of a perforated plate(50) having a plurality of holes(50a).
