A wireless RF(Radio Frequency) communication interface for control and commands of electric and electronic apparatuses in building automation is provided to offer communication standards which offer control and monitoring functions of apparatuses in a building automation system, thereby constructing an effective building automation system. A wireless interface device(200) comprises as follows. An apparatus communication unit(210) transceives the first message with a home appliance(100) or a control apparatus. A wireless communication unit(230) wirelessly transceives the second message. A protocol converter(220) mutually converts the first message and the second message. The first and second messages contain an ID number and a control command of the home appliance(100). The home appliance(100) includes a power switching unit(110) and a home appliance controller(120), and the wireless interface device(200) consists of a home appliance communication unit(210), a protocol converting unit(220), the wireless communication unit(230) and a memory(240). The protocol converting unit(220) comprises a home appliance/wireless converter(222), an ID registration management unit(224), an ID analyzer(226) and a wireless/home appliance converter(228). In the meantime, a hand holding type controller(300) performs bidirectional wireless communication to control the home appliance(100) wirelessly indoors, and the hand holding type controller(300) includes a controller communication unit(210'), a wireless communication unit(230') and a protocol converting unit(220').
