A kind of system, for providing halted state information for a container freighter, it is arranged to enable a correct halted state of the driver by exchanging a signal identification container freighter (such as a trailer or an AGV (automatic Guided Vehicle) in a container dock) between the base station controller installed around halted state, receiver installation is to the container freighter for being based on RF (radio frequency).
