A Method for controlling random disturbance by using a real time stochastic controller and a recording medium thereof are provided to design a new stochastic controller having an optimized control effect, and to apply a real time application algorithm of a random signal generator. A status equation about a control target system in a time division is created(410). A random disturbance information is converted into a power spectrum density constant by performing stochastic interpretation about the status equation within the time division(420). An approximate value of a system of the time division is obtained, and a stochastic controller is designed by using the approximate value(430). A control gain value of the stochastic controller is converted into a control signal of the time division, and the control signal is applied to control irregular disturbance within the system(440).
