Microcomputer (91) receives flux detection pulse and gauge (10,20,30,40,50) flux data, including checking the flux data being received in magazine at one, to store the data in memory (92), by printer (70) print inspection magazine by a signal of response change-over switch (95), request the data of transmission verification to a network management server by response network management server.
