An enterprise messaging system and an enterprise messaging service based communication method are provided to exchange and process enterprise resources more efficiently and safely and provide functions supporting various requests in an enterprise environment to secure quality of service. An enterprise messaging service based communication method includes: a step of generating a message in a transmission application and transmitting the message to a message server; a step of temporarily storing the message if the message is transmitted to the message server when a receiving application is not connected to the message server; and a step of transmitting the stored message to the receiving application when the receiving application is connected to the message server. The receiving application is set to a durable subscriber.
