An effective group key agreement protocol for an ad-hoc network in a medical emergency environment is provided to secure the safe group communication between a medical team and medical equipment in case of an emergency medial service in a remote mountain village. In an effective group key agreement protocol for an ad-hoc network in a medical emergency environment, component nodes are divided into the nodes with weak computing power and the nodes with the strong computing power. A large amount of computing is applied to the node with the strong computing power. The component nodes are divided into the low power/low operation nodes and the high power/high operation nodes. A large amount of computing is applied to the node of an emergency car with the strong computing power.
