摘要

A novel Bacillus sp. LS 1-2 strain growing in citrus waste is provided to produce antibiotic probiotics having similar antibacterial effects to antibiotics and no toxicity to animals and human, thereby mass producing the antibiotic probiotics inexpensively. A novel Bacillus sp. LS 1-2 strain(KCTC 18109P) growing in citrus waste and showing antibacterial activity is isolated from the citrus waste and has 16S rRNA(ribosomal RNA) having the nucleotide sequence of SEQ ID NO:1. A method for producing antibiotic probiotics comprises the steps of: (1) culturing Bacillus sp. LS 1-2 strain(KCTC 18109P) in complex medium selected from LB, LBS, TBS and MRS medium; (2) culturing the precultured Bacillus sp. LS 1-2 strain(KCTC 18109P) in citrus waste medium; and (3) obtaining probiotics produced from the citrus waste medium through centrifugation, concentration with a microfilter or adsorption with an adsorbent.
