The present invention is directed to a method and system for finding and developing talent. The system preferably comprises an educational network, educational tools to assist in the development of the talent; and a means of identifying and signing rising talent. The system also typically comprises network production tools for production and evaluation the production of a film. The tools preferably comprises at least two, more preferably at least five, network modules selected from the group consisting of: a film notebook module, a film linked instruction module, a film tutorials module, a film screen writer module; a story board module; a production glossary module; a budgeting module; a live broadcast module; a scheduler module; an interview module; a forms module; a teacher tools module; a linked evaluation module; a message board module; a grade book module; or a studio store module.
