A cooling system of a horizontal diesel engine digital generator unit is disclosed, wherein a main cooling ventilating cavity (A) of magneto is formed by a air-guiding cover, a cylinder cover and a box body (2) of the horizontal diesel engine; an upper air-guiding plate (3) of the cylinder, a lower air-guiding plate (4) of the cylinder and the box body (2) of the horizontal diesel engine are integrated; a left and a right main cooling ventilating cavities (B, C) are formed by the upper air-guiding plate (3), the lower air-guiding plate (4), the cylinder cover (11) and the box body (2); a main cooling ventilating cavity (D) in the bottom of the diesel engine is formed by the lower air-guiding plate (5), the engine side cover (6) and box body (2); and an additional cooling cycling cavity (E) of the silencer is formed by the side cover (6) and the rear cover casing (7) of a silencer.
