The beam of adjustable length, has an element of external beam coupled with each other and is capable of sliding, holding each end with free terminal for coupling beams of a standard structure and presenting both elements in their telescopic faces opposing each other. The two alignments of holes are provided for the eventual passage bolts of fixing, where step of separation between holes has multiple holes. The coincidence of holes with an element to the other takes place as fractional increments of step for adjustment in length.
