The structure has an upper console with a support board shuttering of a wall, a main work platform and protective railing, and a lower step console platform equipped with arms to join the upper console. The lower console is composed of a minimum section or rigid module associated with a rigid platform upper console and multiple sections or modules, which are successively articulated with each other by vertical arms on the wall adjacent to other side in the same structure to form cages for avoiding risks of fall.
