Profile for the construction of partitions with enclosing plates, which is raised above the floor and fixed at its ends to vertical uprights supported and fixed to other profiles arranged on the floor. The profile being raised allows the laying of the pipes of the facilities along the ground by passing them through openings made in the base of the profile. The profile has windows associated with a flange arranged towards the inside of the profile and regularly spaced that serve for the regular arrangement and fixation of the vertical uprights, it has perforations for the passage of the conduits, as well as with tabs that emerge from the bottom of the base of the profile obtained by some cuts made on it, allowing said tabs to fix the profile to the concrete.
