Sealing device for sealing test tubes for clinical analysis comprises a holding element with a gripper for a test tube and a vertically moving double head with both heads spaced radially from the axis
Sealing device (11) comprises a holding element (10) with a gripper for a test tube and a vertically moving double head (8) with both heads spaced radially from the axis. One of the heads contains a vacuum-impinged tube (6) for holding pieces and the sealing device with a heating element (11~). The other head contains a molding unit (12) for molding the pieces for sealing the test tube around the outer surface of the test tube. Preferred Features: The sealing device has a sensor (13) for testing the presence of a sealing lid on the test tube.
