A rotor-piston device has two cylindrical rotors that are placed in cylindrical recesses of the body and have in cross sections non-symmetric form with respect to main axles of curvilinear figures. Side surface of each of those rotors is profiled with two pistons as cylindrical segments placed in opposite in diameter positions, those are connected in sequence to bypass channels as depressions. Centers of radii of those segments and depressions are placed on side surfaces of cylindrical rotors. One cylindrical rotor is fixed on its shaft with sequence piston – bypass channel in direction of its rotation and the other cylindrical rotor is fixed on its shaft with sequence bypass channel – piston in direction of its rotation. Radii of cylindrical segments and depressions are equal to 0.35-1.45 of radius of cylindrical rotor. Such implementation of the device makes it possible to use effectively the device in mode of hydraulic pump and in mode of hydraulic motor as well.
