Gas-producing complex (GPC) for extraction and processing methane and natural gas from sea gas-hydrate deposits (GD) of warm and cold seas includes platform, drill rig, equipped wells immersed to GD field, pump and lift-transportation equipment, heat-power gas-hydrate electric power generating unit, appliance for preparation of carrier that melts gas-hydrates in GD, methane liquefier. GD platform has bottom gas-collection cover that is placed just over GD, it is arranged as sealed from above hemisphere turned with open convex side to sea bottom, through this well pipes are lowered, and in the upper part gas discharge pipe is placed, its upper end is connected to branch pipe of gas liquefier inlet. Wells are arranged as supercharge-extraction system that is hydraulically interconnected by gas-bearing gas-hydrate layer and combined of 3-6 rows of those wells. As appliance for preparation of carrier that melts gas-hydrates in GD the GPC includes freezing or gas-hydrate desalter – separator of sea water, its supercharge branch pipe for concentrate of sea water or for salt-concentrate suspension is connected to inlet of wells and / or smelter of gas-hydrates of heat-power gas-hydrate electric power generating unit. Heat-power gas-hydrate electric power generating unit GPC includes gas-hydrate crystallizer of continuous action arranged as vertical pipeline immersed to cold sea level to depth 300-600 m and gas-hydrate smelter with periodic action arranged as sectional one, each its section is equipped with technological branch pipes for inlet-outlet of reagents and heat exchanger that has branch pipe for inlet of warm water of surface layer of sea, at that one of sections of smelter that produces high pressure gas-methane, at about 50-200 MPa, includes heat exchanger with intake of heat carrier at temperature 30-50 °C and with its branch pipe for high pressure gas injection it is connected to branch pipe of well inlet. Method for extraction and processing of methane and natural gas from sea gas-hydrate deposits of warm and cold seas that is realized by means of GPC, provides increased completeness of extraction of methane from different in depth of bedding gas-hydrate layers at decrease of power consumption.
