Vessel as a carrier of all necessary devices, for research, testing and exploitation of mineral raw-materials and human environment protection includes: a ship (1), a cabin (2) for piloting, commanding, supervising and monitoring the production process, a separation device (7), suction feet (5) and suction pipe (6) for suction of material from the bottom of the river bed, and lake or sea bottom, of the drain pipe (8) for draining purified products to the land, a crane (10) for lifting and lowering the suction feet (5) and the suction pipe (6), filters (4) and exhaust gases from IC motors, starting the ship (1) with all devices for work and transportation.
