A method for manufacturing a pre-stressed beam having at least a cantilever, which comprises the following stages: Having an inverted T-multibeam, which includes at least a core, a lower slab and exposed upper transversal steel; locating metallic accessories in the end portions of the beam that are perpendicular the cores; placing, tensioning and anchoring wire strands in-situ lengthwise the inverted -multibeam so as to form a tied arch; transporting the inverted T-multibeam, having wire strands tensioned in-situ, to the mounting place; locating the inverted T-multibeam over a supporting beam; carrying out a connexion between the inverted T-beam and the supporting beams; pouring concrete in the upper portion of the inverted T-multibeam; transferring pre-stress to the beam, by releasing the wire strand anchor, once the concrete has reached a suitable resistance; disassembling and recovering pre-stress accessories for the possible reuse thereof.
