METHOD AND CONNECTION DEVICE OF ALUMINIUM PROFILE FOR THE FORMATION OF FRAME OF CIRCULAR CROSS SECTION PROPORTIONAL TO THE PROFILE OF DIAMETER FOR THE CREATION OF CYLINDRICAL SIGN AND ALUMINIUM PROFILE CONNECTED THROUGH THE SAME.
METHOD AND CONNECTION DEVICE OF ALUMINIUM PROFILE FOR THE FORMATION OF FRAME OF CIRCULAR CROSS SECTION PROPORTIONAL TO THE PROFILE OF DIAMETER FOR THE CREATION OF CYLINDRICAL SIGN AND ALUMINIUM PROFILE CONNECTED THROUGH THE SAME.
A method and device of internal connection of aluminium profile (6) is described in which contact between them is not required for the formation of frame of circular cross section proportional to the profile of diameter for the creation of cylindrical sign. The proposed device consists of an axis (1) on which a fixation slab (2) is fixed steadily by welding, in which the one edge of the equally long concave beams (3) is fixedly connected on it also by welding while their other edge is inserted within the flat surfaces that form the parallel streaks (5) of the aluminium profile (6) and it is connected to the aluminium profile (6) through the connecting screw (4) that passes through coaxial holes (8), on the streaks (5) of the profile (6) and coaxial passing hole (9) on the concave beam (3), with the one of the holes (8) to be simply a passing hole and for this reason it has greater bore, while the second hole (8) has a bore and internal thread that corresponds to that of the screw (4). Upon the assembling of the profiles (6) on the edge of the concave beams the edge of the concave beam is inserted (3) within the streaks (5) of the profile (6) until all the holes converge (8), (9) and they are clamped by the connecting screw (4) through the holes (8) on the streaks (5). The part (10) of the profile (6) holds the glass curved surface (7) of the sign that is placed between the two curved streaks (12), (13) of equal curvature with it and contributes to the aesthetics of the connection, hiding the contact of the glass curved surface (7) with the aluminium profile (6), behind of which there is the flexible curved plastic (11) that is placed between the two curved streaks (14), (15) of equal curvature with it.
