DNA construct, affecting expression of endogenous IFNA2 gene, isolated nucleic acid, homologous recombinant mammal cell, method of influencing expression of endogenous IFNA2 gene, and production process of IFNA2
The present invention relates to an isolated nucleic acid hybridizing under very strict conditions with a defined region disposed in a genome counter the direction of transcription relative to encoding sequence of IFNA2 gene, or which is identical by at least 80 percent with this sequence. The object of the proposed invention is further a DNA construct containing the indicated isolated DNA molecule as a targeting sequence for homologous recombination.
