Process of Extracting Indole Alkaloids and Alkaloid Fractions Using Supercritical Fluids The present invention relates the process of extracting indole alkaloids and alkaloid fractions using supercritical fluids and differentiated parameters that increase extraction efficiency for richer and purer fluids. This invention presents the optimization of the supercritical extraction process of indole alkaloids by adjusting the conditions of temperature, pressure, content and type of co-solvent for elaboration of enriched foods, herbal medicines and medicaments. The alkaloids in question present important therapeutic activity, such as anti-tumor, anti-inflammatory, analgesic, antioxidant, antimicobacterial, anticancer, trypanomicide and leishmanicide activities. With the process presented here, there is an increase in the yield of the indole alkaloid fraction by using the best extraction condition. It also presents the desired components with minimal environmental risks due to the reduced use of organic solvents and the purification steps present in conventional processes.
