Method for purificau00e7ao a proteu00ecna of merger with recombinant expressed as sets of type body of proteu00ecna recombinant (rpblas) into host cells.This is a method for the purification of a recombinant fusion protein that is expressed as sets of body type of recombinant protein (rpblas) into host cells in which it is obtained a homogenato aqueous host cells transformed to express a protein of Fu. They are as rpblas which have a predetermined density.The regions of different densities are formed on the homogenato to obtain a region that contains a concentration of rpblas relatively intensified and a region that contains a concentration relatively depleted of rpblas. The region out of rpblas is separated from the region of concentration with respect to rpblas intensified, purifying the said fusion protein.The region of concentration for intensified of rpblas can be then collected as desired.
