"COMPOSITE AND PHARMACEUTICALLY ACCEPTABLE SALTS OF THE SAME AND INDIVIDUAL INDUSTRIAL AND DIAESTEREMARIES OF THE SAME, PHARMACEUTICAL COMPOSITION, AND, METHODS FOR INHIBITION OF THE GLYF1-TRANSAMINATING GLYCIN TRANSMITTER IN A GLAMIN FIBER, TO TREAT A NEUROLOGICAL AND PSYCHIATRIC DISORDERS ASSOCIATED WITH GLYCINERGIC OR GLUTAMATERIC DYfunction IN A MAMMAL PATIENT AND TO TREAT SCHIZOPHRENIA IN A "MAMMAL PATIENT." The present invention relates to cyclopropyl piperidine compounds which inhibit the GlyT1 glycine transporter and which are useful in the treatment of neurological and psychiatric disorders associated with glycine or glutamatergic neurotransmission dysfunction and diseases in which the GlyT1 glycine transporter is involved.
