METHOD FOR PREPARING A COMPOSITION CONTAINING OPIOID ANTAGONISTS, PRODUCT CONTAINING OPIOID ANTAGONISTS, COMPOSITION CONTAINING INJECTABLE DOSAGE FORM, AN INJECTABLE EARTHODIUM OR PRETARIANT PATIOUS, ORGANIZATION IN A PATIENT Disclosed are compositions containing opioid antagonists, particularly alvimopan and its active metabolite, with improved solubility and bioavailability for oral or parenteral administration, injectable dosage formulations, kits, and methods for producing and using them.
