The method involves utilizing micro vibrations in an electromagnetic device to be applied to elements such as accessory e.g. bristles, for dispensing and applying paint on surface of a building, where the micro vibrations generate an auto-sliding phenomenon to reduce traction on a paint brush by a manipulator. A vibration damper module (8) is arranged at a level of a handle (9) and placed between a motor compartment and a handle module. An independent claim is also included for an electromagnetic device for applying paint on surface of a building.
