PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide method and device for processing an auxiliary account book (AAB) which can verify data input in each transaction, automatically register the data when the data are required to be written in a relative account book, hold the mutual relation of data also after registering the data and automatically correct the data of a related account book or perform entering in the account book, new updating processing and re-issuing or the like in accordance with an account book setting state in printing.;SOLUTION: An AAB linking means 15 verifies an input record converted by a data input processing means 14, judges whether the input record is newly added data or correcting data, retrieves a linked account book based on a linking section, and executes automatic link entering processing or data link correcting processing. In the case of the automatic link entering processing, linked account book data are displayed on a display part 30 by an account book style in addition to linking account book data displayed on the display part 30 by the account book style. In this case, a control part 11 controls entering in the account book, new updating processing, re-issuing processing and the like in accordance with an account book setting state in a printing part.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
