PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide such a cam-shaft high-frequency induction heating coil and a cam-shaft high-frequency induction heating method that can aim at simultaneous heating as well as uniform heating of individual cam pieces by a single power source, although of a simple structure. PSOLUTION: An integrated structure of a coil body P made by combining a plurality of coil component members 2dSB1/SB, 2a, 2b, 2c, 2dSB2/SBarranged in correspondence with cam faces S on an outer periphery of a plurality of cam pieces 3dSB1/SB, 3a, 3b, 3c, 3dSB2/SBso as to be continued as a series. A pair of coil component members arranged in correspondence with the pair of cam pieces 3dSB1/SB, 3dSB2/SBadjacent to the pair of journal parts 1a, 1b of the cam shaft 1, respectively, are to be circular coil component members 2dSB1/SB, 2dSB2/SBof one turn, and coil component members arranged in correspondence with the cam pieces 3a, 3b, 3c placed between the cam pieces 3dSB1/SB, 3dSB2/SBare to be circular arc coil component members 2a, 2b, 2c with a part of the one turn electrically cut off.
