PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exterior-wall form construction method for a concrete underground structure, in which wasteful costs and resources can be reduced as compared with conventional methods and safety form works having excellent efficiency can be realized, in the exterior-wall form construction method for the concrete underground structure in which a retaining wall is formed around the underground structure. PSOLUTION: Forms 4 composed of plywood is disposed in upright on the room side of a reinforced frame 2 for an exterior wall while lath forms 3 are disposed in upright on the retaining wall (a sheet pile 1) side and concrete is placed between these two retaining wall side and lath forms 3. A spacer member 3a detachable to and from the lath forms 3 is installed, and a space between the lath forms 3 and the retaining wall 1 is kept. As a result, a backing composed of concrete by the forms 4 of plywood is mounted on one surface side of the exterior wall, and the concrete underground structure in which the lath forms 3 are left is formed on the other surface side.
