PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable dispersing of a load by forming a silicone rubber sole from a non-foamable low-hardness rubbery elastic body having a specified hardness. ;SOLUTION: A sole 1 is composed of a silicone rubber developing a rubber elasticity, but having considerably high softness, where a non-foamable low- hardness rubbery elastic body having an Asker C hardness of 17-20 under normal temperatures is used for the sole 1. In the case that the sole 1 in this hardness range is used, a load is dispersed preferably, and responding to daily movements without tightening feeling, which prevents developing of a disease in ideal conditions. The sole can be hollowed easily, and can be used for a relief protective outfit. Silicone is non-toxic to a human body, and does not deteriorate easily, which are not only preferable for a material of a preventing means but also less apt to exert evil influence on an ulcer, even if the ulcer is developed and the developing part is made to touch the sole 1.
